In December, my work appeared in UT HealthLeader--an award-winning online health, prevention and wellness magazine produced by the Office of Institutional Advancement of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. I explored the dangers lurking in holiday buffets in Food Poisoning: Holiday Food Safety and gave readers tips on how to survive the holidays with young children and the elderly in Planning a Stress-Free Holiday for Young and Old.
